apartment before booking?
If the condo unit
you are interested in is vacant, we can schedule a viewing for you at your
convenience. For potential tenants who are located outside the Philippines,
you may delegate someone to view the unit for you or we can wait for your

has a tenant which lease contract is about to end, we have to ask permission
to have potential tenants view the condo.
Do you offer laundry
Our condo units
(except Crosswinds and Stamford) are equipped with a washer and dryer.
We can also provide you a contact numbers of laundry service nearby.
You can drop off/pick-up your laundry or opt for a pickup and delivery
Do you offer cleaning
We can provide contact
numbers of a cleaning services who cater condo units around the area.
They provide daily, weekly or even upon request for cleaning services.
Do you allow pets?
Small pets are negotiable
with the building administration.
Big pets, unfortunately
No. Condo rules prohibit big pets in the building.
Is there a security
Yes. Depends on
the length of the lease. The security deposit is negotiable. i.e advance
and security deposit.

Are your rates
Monthly rent is
inclusive of the condo association dues. Water and cable are negotiable.
Electricity and phone/internet and exclusive of the condo rent.
Do you have parking?
We do not have parking.
However, we can arrange with the admin. of the building or contact other
unit owners who lease out their parking space.
How do I book?
Send us an e-mail
or give us a call. We will setup a date for you to view the unit.
If everything is agreeable with the term and conditions of the lease, we
sign the contract and receive the advance rental, security deposit and
PDC (post dated checks).
What are my payment
We accept payments
in cash, checks or PayPal. We can also facilitate bank wire transfers
both in Philippines and USA banks. We also accept payments in US$.
